Every piece is made to order. This ensures a premium feel, responsible production, and consistent quality. Please review the following information to understand how orders are processed and shipped.


Order Processing Time

  • Production time is typically 2–5 business days.

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Processing begins once your order is confirmed.

  • Orders are prepared Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time may extend slightly during high-volume periods or holiday seasons.


United States Shipping

We offer three shipping speeds at checkout:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days
Free for orders over $150 USD

Fast Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Free for orders over $250 USD

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Always available as a paid premium option

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to seasonal traffic, carrier delays, local weather conditions, or operational factors.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most regions.

Typical transit estimates:

  • Standard: 6–15 business days

  • Fast: 4–8 business days

  • Express: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary by country and carrier.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


How Multi-Item Shipping Works

Shipping costs are calculated per item category (such as tees, hoodies, or sweatpants).
When an order includes multiple items:

  • The item with the highest shipping category is used as the base rate.

  • All additional items in the order are charged at a lower additional item rate.

This structure ensures accurate pricing for orders that include mixed products.

Our shipping rates in Shopify are designed to match this structure while keeping your cost at checkout simple and transparent.


Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking link may take 1–3 business days to begin updating depending on the carrier.

All tracking updates are reflected on your order status page.


Delivery Limitations

Delivery to certain islands and remote regions may be limited or unavailable. If you are unsure whether your location is supported, please contact us before placing an order.


Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, After Dark Apparel Studio is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout

  • Missed delivery attempts

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will assist you.


Address Changes

If you need to revise your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, address modifications may not be possible.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require payment of additional shipping fees for re-shipment.


Delays

Your order may experience delays due to:

  • Peak holiday seasons

  • Carrier backlog

  • Weather or natural events

  • Customs inspections (international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Large multi-item orders that may require additional packing time
