RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Every item is made to order. Because each piece is produced individually after a purchase is placed, we do not operate like traditional retail or bulk-inventory brands. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Policy

All products are created specifically for your order.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Preferring a different fit or style

We encourage customers to review all product details and size charts carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Misprinted

  • Incorrect (wrong size or style from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear description of the issue

  3. Photos of the item (including packaging if relevant)

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund

Replacements are produced and shipped at no cost to you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, After Dark Apparel Studio is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Deliveries to incorrect addresses submitted by the customer

If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly, please contact your local carrier with the tracking number provided.

If the package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.


Cancellations and Order Changes

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, cancellations or changes are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification.


Sizing Issues

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or replacements for sizing issues.
Please refer to the size charts provided on each product page. If you need help choosing the correct size, feel free to contact us before ordering.


Returns Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect sizes ordered

  • Delayed deliveries (unless significantly beyond estimated time and verified by carrier)

  • Items washed, worn, or used

  • Clearance or final sale items


Refunds

Approved refunds (for incorrect, defective, or damaged items) are issued back to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the claim does not meet the conditions above.
